Design Process / Functional Specs

Lead the design for weather features and worked closely with business analysts to integrate design into the app. This was one of our first initiatives to embed dynamic content that syncs with real time website and channel data 

Displays what search functionality would look like.

Designed landscape mode and iconography for the News App.  

Designed the user flow for live player media integration. This screen mirrors the real time shows that are aired on the Fox News Channel. Users can watch their favorite shows.  

Designed unique use cases where on-air media is unavailable. Audible features made available to user when cellular data is interrupted.  

Users can customize their navigation through "edit" mode. This screen displays custom icons and visual design for edit screens.  

Visual design and iconography for Article display and share features. Designed several iterations for article displays with image options for Editorial content. 

Designed full screen slideshow features for large image display. Worked with BI and Product owners to meet business goals from stakeholders. Tapping on the image animates a drawer with description copy. Also displays ad unit integration for marketing team.
