Responsibilities:
- Simplify user flow for complex BI tool design
- Define charts and graphs based on types of data sets
- IxD based on feasibility of BI tool platform and Components library (mashups)
- Collaborate with third party BI application teams and internal engineering architects to define functional specs for ease of implementation
Challenges & Problem Solving:
- Collaborating with Qlik engineers and figuring out intuitive solutions by way of simplifying flow was our primary goal
- Integration of QlikSense library and adding custom charts and visualization elements was a challenge.
- Customization of angular components for Qlik platform compatibility
- Intuitive map integration and region based search for different benchmarking visualizations
